How long does the art proofing process take?
Once you submit your artwork, we’ll send you an email within 24-48 hours if any changes are needed. If your artwork is ready for production, our art team will typically upload the final proofs within 3-5 days.
What happens after my artwork is approved?
After your artwork is approved, we’ll send you an email requesting payment. Simply log back into your account, go to “My Projects,” open the project, and complete your order by checking out.
What is the estimated timeline for completing my order?
For orders of 5,000 bags or MORE the lead time is around 4-6 weeks
For orders of 4,500 bags or FEWER the lead time is around 10-12 weeks
Once your order is processed, we’ll email you an estimated shipping schedule. It usually takes 24-48 hours to process the order, and then about a week to get the confirmed ship date. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
The template I downloaded doesn’t have the features I want. What should I do?
If the template doesn’t match your specifications, it could be because the wrong features were selected or there may be an issue with the download. Feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll make sure you get the correct template.
I’m having trouble uploading my artwork files. What should I do?
Our website only accepts PDF files, and the file name must be under 50 characters, using only dashes (-)
and underscores (_). If you’re using other characters, the upload may fail. If your file is too large or in Ai format, click the “Alternative Upload for Very Large Files” link under the artwork section to submit.

Why am I being charged freight if I thought it was free?
Our promotion for 5,000 bags or more covers expedited production with air shipment from the plant to our warehouse. However, you’re still responsible for freight from our warehouse to your location.
Can I use the new customer promo code on digital print bag orders?
The new customer promo code is only valid for stock bag orders. Unfortunately, it cannot be applied to digital print orders.
Does free shipping for orders over $350 apply to digital orders?
The free shipping offer applies only to stock bag orders. Digital orders don’t qualify for this promotion.
