Rice paper stand-up pouches are made from plastic fibers. The term, rice paper, is widely used in the industry for this non-woven plastic fiber structure. TricorBraun Flex's 2oz Black Rice Paper SUP features a zipper for reclosure. This product does not come with a degassing valve.
