Flat Pouches are very common in the jerky industry. These pouches typically feature a hang hole that allows your product to be hung from peg boards in multiple quantities. Easy to use, heat sealable, and convenient packaging with multiple sizes and formats available to pick from.

TricorBraun Flex rice paper is a durable packaging option with a soft texture and attractive colors. Rice paper stand-up pouches are made of plastic fibers. The term, rice paper, is widely used in the industry for this non-woven plastic fiber structure.

These bags are bottom gusseted and stand on their own.  They offer a large billboard for labels or custom printing, and the clear structure allows the consumer to view your jerky products. These come with many consumer-friendly features such as Tear Notches, Press-to-Close (PTC) Zippers.

Pouches are produced from a multi-layer laminate that includes metallized polyester. They are a high barrier pouch that work great for specialty or niche markets. They are great for jerky and come with zippers and a tear notch for reclosure.

Beef and other Jerky packaging typically requires a high barrier film lamination to ensure peak performance. Our stock and custom printed jerky bags use multiple layers of barrier film to provide this performance while also offering attractive graphics and customer conveniences.  Jerky is typically sold and marketed in Flat Pouch and Stand-Up Pouch formats. Many of our bags include Tear-Notches for easy opening, Zippers for Reclosure and Hang-Holes so you can market your bags on pegs. Our bags can be used on most Vacuum, Flush and Seal machines or used in conjunction with Oxygen and Moisture Scavengers/Absorbers. 

Hang Hole

A hang hole allows your product to be hung from peg boards in multiple quantities. This type of display is very common for jerky.

Press-To-Close Zippers

Allows the bag to be opened and reclosed over and over again.
